An average of 7 out of 10 employees do not attend church and those that do are often Emotionally, Spiritually and Physically drained after long hours away from home at work.  One in Seven of these employees will face a serious issue that significantly effects job performance during the year.

With our background of service in the U.S. and Overseas we are able to attend to the many cultural challenges and adjustments required in today's workplace.  We have staff and assistance from many walks of life and social background.

In the Triad alone we have over 90 different languages and over 100 nationalities represented.

With this broad variety of people, cultures and lifestyles many times additional support with corporations is of priceless value and importance.

We include human resource and community development projects locally where our Chaplains are based.

Internationally, we  serve various needs in the areas of food, clothing, medical care, educational opportunities, career advancement combined with health and nutrition programs when needed.

There are currently Tremendous Needs in Foreign countries for English teachers.  We have provided instructors for the M.E., Europe and China.  Please let us know if you are interested in these areas or another part of the world wanting to improve their communication skills in the International Business language of English.

In Jerusalem, there is a shelter for women and children who are seeking safety from abusive situations experienced at home.  This has been in operation since 2006 and it also has expanded to include an additional building for men coming out of Alcohol, Drugs and Immoral Addictions.

"This service has been an answer to prayer for our company and the challenges faced daily

   in the world market"

"Marketplace Ministries has provided more than friend or Chaplain they have served us like a Family member and life long companion"

We also have assisted in the set up and establishment of  a Medical Center in Nairobi, Kenya.  This center treats and average of 90+ patients a day and they are continuing to grow as the request and needs of their service increases.  Please let us know if you would like to volunteer on a short or long term trip.

Once upon a time...

As a college student,  I sat  at a roadside coffee house with a cup of my favorite tea.

A little beggar with a dirty face tugged at my clothes and said, “Hi, Ayi!" As we talked, I learned that she was born in a poor village nearby. An old woman rescued her after she was discarded in a bathroom because she was a female. Seven years later the old lady, her only caregiver, died. So she ran away! Begging was the only way she could survive!

I wept. She had no shelter, no food, and no parents to care for her. My raw compassion helped me to load her onto the back of my bicycle and head to my parents.

After a bath and putting some new clothes on her, I asked my dad to keep her as a maid at our house. My Dad refused! “She is not yet an adult!” After having taken her in for about three days, my respectable and beloved grandparents turned her out as well.

I found her on the street again where I met her the first time.

This is an unfinished story, but this unquenchable burning compassion pushed me today on the road of rescuing and helping Chinese orphans. I believe together, we can change their unfortunate future and give them a hope and an expected end that will not dissapoint them!
